Some unintended consequences of new technologies could be people that have lost their jobs because the advancement of technology requires a person that has more skill and expertise in that particular area. Another consequence could be the fact we destroy the old technology that we use to have like landlines are slowly becoming obsolete because everyone is using their cell phones as their main line. We can go as far saying that laptops or computers in general almost about 3 years, and even less than that, a new and improved computer has already came out. Even the gaming consoles slowly become obsolete when a brand new one comes out like the Xbox 360 and the PS3.
